How long does it take to process my order?
If your order is received by 4pm on Monday-Friday, we will prepare to dispatch your order
the same day. Depending on your chosen delivery method, your order will either arrive the
next working day or within 2-3 working days for standard delivery.
Can I modify my order after I have made a payment?
Yes, you may be able to modify your order after making a payment. Please contact us as
soon as possible via email: support@littlecherry.co.uk with your full name, order number and your modification details. We cannot guarantee this change; however, we will try our best to support your request.
How can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email: support@littlecherry.co.uk with your full
name, order number and your modification details. We cannot guarantee this change once
the parcel has left our warehouse; however, we will try our best to support your request.
I received a part of my order incorrectly, how can I inform you?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email: support@littlecherry.co.uk with your full
name, order number and details about the order. Kindly note, all order issues must be
informed to us within 24 hours of delivery.
What are the delivery terms and charges?
For standard delivery on orders under £50 there is a shipping charge of £2.99. If you wish to upgrade this delivery to Next Day Delivery, there is a charge of £4.99 on orders under £50. Orders over £50 automatically qualify for a free Next Day Delivery. Please note, delivery terms are applicable.
How can I return an item from my order?
Please contact us via email: support@littlecherry.co.uk with your full name, order number,
items you wish to return and a reason for return. Please note that all items must be returned within 30 days for delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense; however, if you would like to purchase a return label, please contact us - additional fees may apply.
How can I open a trade account with your company?
If you have an existing trade account or would like to open a trade account, please contact
us on support@littlecherry.co.uk for more information. Kindly note, trade accounts are not
guaranteed, and more information may be required before an account can be opened.
Are the palm leaf plates biodegradable and compostable?
Our palm leaf products are biodegradable and compostable, with no bonding agents, wax
coatings, or chemicals. They decompose naturally and can be added to backyard compost
bins. If you don't have one, they can also be disposed of in regular trash or food waste bins, where they will break down in a landfill without needing a commercial facility

FREE Next Day Delivery on all orders over £50
We aim to make your shopping experience easy and hassle-free. That’s why we offer FREE
Express Delivery (next business day) on all orders over £50.
Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day via our next day
delivery service. Orders placed after the courier collection cut-off time will be sent out the
next working day.
Dispatch days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched
on the next working day (Monday). For orders under £50 there will be a standard delivery cost of £2.99 in mainland UK.
Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. You can upgrade to Express Delivery (next
working day) for an additional £2.00 during checkout by selecting your preferred shipping
method.
Discretion:
Please note that once orders are dispatched via third-party courier services, the company
has no control over the delivery process. While we dispatch orders promptly, any delays
beyond our control are not our responsibility. Customers are advised to update their delivery preferences, such as nominating a safe place, to avoid missed deliveries. A tracking link will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt. Any damages or issues must be reported to the seller within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this period may result in the denial of any claims for replacement or reimbursement.
Next Day AM Service / Saturday Delivery:
If your delivery is urgent, please contact us. We also offer Next Day AM Service and
Saturday Delivery at an additional cost. We will do our best to meet your timing
requirements.
While 99% of deliveries are successfully made the next working day, operational delays with courier companies can occur beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any loss of business due to third-party delays.
For specific delivery needs, please email us before placing your order to ensure delivery
timings suit your event.
Orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands may take extra
time due to remote location transport delays.
Customers outside the UK mainland should note that customs duties and taxes may apply
upon arrival in your country. Please be prepared to pay these if applicable.
