These sturdy plates are fully compostable and suitable for all uses including hot, wet and oily foods.

They are made from dry fibrous wheat/straw residue and are completely unbleached which gives them a lovely natural pale caramel colour.

The plates are made by pressing the fibres at a very high heat, under great pressure so the result is a sturdy, rigid dinner plate - perfect for your eco-friendly party!

Plates measure 10" in diameter.

The wheat straw that we use comes from the stalks of wheat plants. The stalks of wheat plants do not store protein, gluten, or allergens. Those are stored in the grains, and our products do not contain gluten or allergens.
