The naturally shed leaf sheath is a strong, heat and water resistant material and has its own unique natural grains texture, very much similar to that of furniture grade wood. Suitable for all types of food including hot, wet and oily foods such as curries and stews. Suitable for use in the freezer or microwave. Since they are completely natural, there is no risk of any chemicals or flavours leaching into the food. Disposal at the end of the product life is extremely simple: they can be disposed of with food waste or rinsed and composted. These are a very stylish, flat, contemporary design with 25 plates, 25 birch knives and 25 birch forks for a full palm leaf dinner service.
