Here at Little Cherry, we love crafty things and handmade gifts. That is why we also love the concept of Make a Gift Day! Falling on the 3rd of December (which, by the way, is a Saturday – even better!) it encourages people to put their thinking caps on and get creative. Handmade gifts are always extra special, as the maker has put a lot of thought, time and energy into the idea to make it super personal.

It is lovely to receive a handmade gift; even just something small shows them just how much you appreciate them. However, the actual process of making the gift can also be fun! Get the kids involved and let their imaginations run wild.

Make a Gift Day encourages people to have a go at creating a thoughtful handmade gift. Even if you don’t think much of your creative skills, it doesn’t have to be perfect. The recipient is bound to appreciate the gift, regardless of what you think of it.
