Delivery Information 

At Little Cherry we know how important it is to receive your parcels quickly, without inconvenience or hassle, especially when working to a deadline such as a party. To keep things simple, we offer either Royal Mail or courier service delivery, plus our International service, all of which are based on the size and weight of your order. We aim to package all orders received by 12 noon on the same day, ready for dispatch. 

We also keep the important issue of packaging at the forefront of our mind and none of our products are over-packaged. We package your products in recyclable boxes or boxes that we are recycling from deliveries into us.

 Our packaging tape is recyclable and produced from silicone free paper with natural non-toxic adhesive and our protective chips are biodegradable, fully compostable and manufactured from annually renewable resources. Some items are wrapped in bubble wrap and this is biodegradable. If the size of your order does not require a box, we use eco-friendly Jiffy bags, these are chlorine free, sustainable and have a separate inner bag so the complete envelope can be recycled or for our smallest parcels, our Jiffy envelopes are completely biodegradable - please do your bit and recycle all packaging once you have received your goods.

We try to keep postage costs to a minimum but they do include packing and materials.

Deliveries inside the UK 

Standard Delivery is charged depending on the weight of your order, as follows:

• Very small and light orders are £2.95

• Second Class Post, up to 1kg is £3.45 (Second Class Post is not available above 1kg)

• First Class Post, up to 1kg is £3.95

• First Class Post from 1kg to 1.5kg is £4.95

• First Class Post from 1.5kg to 2kg is £5.95

• 2kg to 3kg is £6.95

• 3.1kg to 10kg is £7.95

• We aim to deliver your packages within 2 to 3 working days

Next Day Delivery is charged at £8.95 (orders must be received by 12 noon) 

• We will deliver your parcel by 3pm the following working day. We regret that we cannot deliver on Saturdays.
• This service is only available for England, Scotland and Wales mainland locations. If you live further afield within the UK then please call for a quote.

Please ensure that you are available to take delivery of your items as we require a signature on receipt of goods for ALL deliveries over 2kg and for next day deliveries. If this is not possible, why not have it delivered to your work address or to your neighbour? Our couriers are also happy to leave your parcel in a safe place, if this is more convenient (pop a note in the comments section and we will inform our couriers of your preferance). If our couriers are unable to deliver, a calling card will be left for you to rearrange delivery at your earliest conveniance. Our next day service includes three delivery attempts.

Deliveries outside the UK

We are happy to supply countries outside of the UK but are unable to take responsibility of goods in transit. Your delivery may also be subject to customs charges over which we have no control, and which must be borne by you. All deliveries are tracked from collection to delivery for peace of mind - once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking number and details about where you can track your parcel.

Although our International Couriers are very reliable, they do not guarantee delivery times. Delivery outside the UK normally takes 3 - 5 days, so please contact us if your delivery is more urgent and we will do our very best to accomodate you. 

Our International Delivery Tariff is split into three zones, as follows:

Zone One - Europe, this includes Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romainia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden and Turkey.

Zone Two - USA

Zone Three - Rest of World, this includes South Africa, Hong Kong, China, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Customs Information

When ordering goods from Little Cherry for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Little Cherry, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Delivery times are based on orders being received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm will normally be processed for shipping on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all local and national holidays (everybody deserves a holiday!) Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us if you would like this service.
