Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. We are sorry but we are unable to refund postage and packing costs, unless goods are deemed to be faulty.

To cancel an order, please email us, or write to us within seven working days following delivery of your goods, quoting your order number.

Unless you notify us within seven working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods, except where they are faulty. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and seals intact, in re-saleable condition, at your own cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation. Little Cherry reserves the right to collect any goods not returned on request, and deduct the direct cost of retrieval from your refund; this is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
