At Little Cherry we know how important it is to receive your parcels quickly, without inconveniance or hassle, especially when working to a deadline such as a party. To keep things simple, we offer two UK services and our International service, which are based on the size and weight of your order. We aim to package all orders received by 1pm on the same day, ready for dispatch. 

We also keep the important issue of packaging at the forefront of our mind and none of our products are over-packaged. We package your products in recycled or recyclable boxes, our packaging tape is recyclable and produced from silicone free paper with natural non-toxic adhesive and our protective chips are biodegradable, fully compostable and manufactured from annually renewable resources. If the size of your order does not require a box, we use eco-friendly Jiffy bags, these are chlorine free, sustainable and have a seperate inner bag so the complete envelope can be recycled - please do your bit and recycle all packaging once you have received your goods.

Deliveries inside the UK

Standard Delivery is charged depending on the weight of your order, as follows:

• 0g - 1kg is £3.95
• 1.1kg to 1.25kg is £4.95
• 1.251kg to 10kg is £5.95
• We aim to deliver your packages within 2 to 3 working days

Next Day Delivery is charged at £7.95 (orders must be received by 1pm)  

• We will deliver your parcel by 5pm the following working day

Please ensure that you are available to take delivery of your items as we require a signature on receipt of goods for most deliveries. If this is not possible, why not have it delivered to your work address or to your neighbour? (pop a note in the comments section and we will inform our couriers to try a neighbour if they get no answer at your door). If our couriers are unable to deliver, a calling card will be left for you to rearrange delivery at your earliest conveniance. Our next day service includes three delivery attempts.

Deliveries outside the UK

We are happy to supply countries outside of the UK but are unable to take responsibility of goods in transit. Your delivery may also be subject to customs charges over which we have no control, and which must be borne by you. All deliveries are tracked from collection to delivery for peace of mind - once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking number and details about where you can track your parcel.

Although our International Couriers are very reliable, they do not guarentee delivery times. Delivery outside the UK normally takes 3 - 5 days, so please contact us if your delivery is more urgent and we will do our very best to accomodate you. 

Our International Delivery Tariff is split into three zones, as follows:

Zone One - Europe, this includes Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romainia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden and Turkey.

Zone Two - USA

Zone Three - Rest of World, this includes South Africa, Hong Kong, China, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Customs Information

When ordering goods from Little Cherry for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Little Cherry, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Delivery times are based on orders being received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm will be processed for shipping on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all local and national holidays (everybody deserves a holiday!) Saturday deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us if you would like this service.
