Delivery Information
At Little Cherry we know how important it is to receive your parcels quickly and efficiently, especially when working to a deadline such as a party. To keep things simple, we offer either Royal Mail or tracked courier service, both of which are based on the size and weight of your order. We aim to package all orders received by 12 noon on the same day, ready for dispatch.
We aim to keep postage costs to a minimum and they do include packing, materials and VAT. We do not subsidise postage by increasing the price of our goods!
We also keep the important issue of packaging at the forefront of our mind and none of our products are over-packaged. We package your products in recyclable boxes or boxes that we are recycling from deliveries into us. We use recyclable and biodegradable materials inside our boxes such as cornstarch protective chips. Please do your bit and recycle all packaging once you have received your goods.
Deliveries inside the UK
Standard Royal Mail is charged depending on the weight of your order, as follows:
- Very small and light orders are £2.45
- Second Class Post, up to 1kg is £3.45 (Second Class Post is not available above 1kg)
- First Class Post, up to 1kg is £3.95
- First Class Post from 1kg to 1.5kg is £4.95
- First Class Post from 1.5kg to 2kg is £5.95
- 2kg to 3kg is £6.95
- Orders weighing in excess of this will be sent by courier and charges will vary depending on your location and weight of the order
Next Day Delivery starts from £8.95* (orders must be received by 12 noon)
- We will deliver your parcel on the following working day. We regret that we cannot deliver on Saturdays. Orders placed by noon on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
- This service is not currently available for the Scottish Highlands and Islands. These locations have a 2 day guaranteed courier service.
Please ensure that you are available to take delivery of your items as we require a signature on receipt of goods for ALL deliveries sent by courier. If this is not possible, why not have it delivered to your work address or to your neighbour? Our couriers are also happy to leave your parcel in a safe place, if this is more convenient (pop a note in the comments section and we will inform our couriers of your preference).
*Orders over 10kg or outside of UK mainland locations will start from £12.95
Deliveries outside the UK
We are happy to supply countries outside of the UK but are unable to take responsibility for goods in transit. Your delivery may also be subject to customs charges over which we have no control, and which must be borne by you. All deliveries are tracked from collection to delivery for peace of mind - once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking number and details about where you can track your parcel.
Although our International Couriers are very reliable, they do not guarantee delivery times. Delivery outside the UK normally takes 3 - 5 days.
Our International Delivery Tariff is split into three zones, as follows:
- Zone One – Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany and Monaco.
- Zone Two – Italy, Portugal, Greece, Corsica, Spain and Balearic Islands
- Zone Three – Austria, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland

Customs Information
When ordering goods from Little Cherry for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Little Cherry, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Delivery times are based on orders being received before 12 midday. Orders received after midday will normally be processed for shipping on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all local and national holidays (everybody deserves a holiday!).
